AS BANK CLEARING INSTRUMENT TRANSPORTER FOR OUR BANKERS

1)    All our staffs are well trained under MICR Clearing Centre and are having vast experiences in this field for the last 11 years


2)    For most of the banks our Ist Clearing service from Service branch starts around 8.00 AM to be delivered at the respective branches before 10 AM as per schedule.


3)    For High volume clearing instruments, we deliver the same to service branch before 12.30 PM by collecting the instrument from the branch.


4)    Second clearing we collect clearing cheques ( as we are doing for the 40 branches of Union Bank of India daily at Chennai) from the branches at around 2.00 PM to be delivered before  3.30 PM the same day.


5)    Simultaneously, if there are any return cheques received by service branch from other banks we collect and deliver the same at the respective branches before the closure of bank. 


6)    Parallely we are prepared to serve the bank by handing over of Account opening forms and loan documents collected from the branches to service branch or at RAB (Retail Asset Business) regularly.  Also we are rendering services like pick-up and delivery of covers and any other parcels to the respective branches from the Zonal Office or Service Branch.  This sort of service is already being taken up by us for the 100 branches at Chennai.

SAFE HANDLING OF CHEQUES

Both the vehicle and the rider is fully insured. 

The duly locked transshipment boxes were been doubly locked to the vehicle and rider with the aid of chain and lock.

Only experienced and reliable staff is deputed for these jobs. 

Vigilance and internal cross checking at regular intervals for the safety and timelines is ensured.

Space staffs and vehicles are kept readily available in case of handling emergency situations and contingencies.

Fully equipped control room for monitoring the operations.
